I have been using this mower for 4 years now. The new wheels are excellent and easy to install.

I bought a charger for an electric chainsaw because I lost my charger when I moved. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the "Swift" brand was still in existence and a charger available.

Had a problem with battery for my weedeater. Reported the problem by email and had a quick response with satisfactory settlement.

I first purchased the 120 volt blower & have added the weed eater to my collection.
These products make my chores so much easier.

Erwin in customer service was very nice and helpful. I can't say enough.

So far the battery charger is working great. However I ask about a grass catcher for the same lawnmower but you have nothing in stock. Would have love to order one.

This is the second charger I've had and I suppose 5 years is a good run on the first one. There were numerous problems with the batteries for this Redback Mower and thanks to other reviewers I realized that you absolutely cannot let the battery run all the way down or it will be dead and have to be replaced;

Redback is my favorite cordless!

I’ve been trying to purchase this charger for months now and I finally was able to locate it. It was part of a lawn set when I initially purchased it but it was misplaced right after. I was concerned about the low price and because I’ve never purchased anything from here before. I’m super grateful and will be purchasing other items as well.

I have had this mower for three years now and it is still going strong! My new home has a smaller yard which means I only need one battery to mow it all now. I had purchased a second battery when I was at my previous home because it was a fairly large yard and I didn’t want to wait for the battery to charge again in order to finish mowing. The second battery I ordered was not working properly. I reached out to Redback and they not only sent me out a new battery right away but they also included an extra charger for my troubles! I am so happy with this company and their mower! It’s so lightweight and easy to use, it’s also not as loud as gas mowers. If you have a larger yard, I definitely recommend getting an extra battery or two.
