Lasted for less than a month

Our battery and/or charger has lasted less than a month and we can’t seem to reach anyone for assistance. The customer service number took me to voicemail and, so far, there’s been no return call.

Battery does not charge

I’m still waiting for directions for the return of the product.

It does what it's supposed to. It has its own built-in fan, it's quiet, and it charges quickly. Very effective charger, and I am very happy with it.

The fast charger is good, you can recommend

The charger charges as it should. However, I had a lot of trouble accommodating the battery in it. First I had to push hard until it started charging, then I couldn't get it out of the charger again. My son in law helped me. Now I clamp the device between my knees and then pull out the battery with a lot of force. I hope that will become more common over time. In the lawn mower itself, these problems do not exist.
